Being part of a team, when done right, becomes one of the most influential and powerful experiences in a young life. It's essential that every child is given the opportunity to experience these benefits, regardless of their ability or confidence.
Running a kids' football team is challenging, but oh so rewarding! In a perfect world, every child who loves football should have the opportunity to be part of a team – not just for a season, but for an ongoing journey of development, friendship, and fun.
The Inter Football project means a lot to me personally - There is no safety net in place for kids that drop out of grassroots football, and too many kids cannot find the right environment for them to flourish. We aim to change that.
